REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

All products sold on dineshmali.in are
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. Due to the nature of
digital products:

• All sales are FINAL once the download
link has been delivered
• We do not offer refunds on digital
products that have been downloaded
or accessed
• No cancellations are accepted after
payment is confirmed

This policy exists because digital products
cannot be “returned” the way physical goods
can — once downloaded, the content has
been received.

2. EXCEPTIONS — WHEN WE WILL HELP

Although we do not offer refunds, we will
resolve your issue if:

✅ You were charged but did not receive
your download link

✅ You received a corrupted or incomplete
file that cannot be opened

✅ You were accidentally charged twice
for the same order

✅ A technical error prevented you from
accessing your purchase

✅ You received the wrong product

In any of the above cases, email us at
mrmalidinesh@gmail.com within 7 days
of purchase and we will:
• Resend your download link
• Replace the file
• Issue a corrected invoice
• Or resolve the issue to your satisfaction

While we do not offer refunds, your
satisfaction is our priority. If you are
unhappy with your purchase for any reason,

we will do everything we can to make
it right — including providing additional
resources, alternative products, or
extended support.

4. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Filing a chargeback without first contacting
us is considered a violation of this policy.
We maintain complete records of all
transactions including:
• Purchase date and time
• IP address of purchaser
• Download activity logs
• Email delivery confirmations

We strongly encourage you to contact us
first — we resolve legitimate issues
within 24 hours.

5. PRICING ERRORS

In the rare event of a pricing error on
our website, we reserve the right to cancel
the order and issue a full refund. We will
notify you immediately if this occurs.

6. RAZORPAY, PayU PAYMENT PROCESSING
────────────────────────────────────────

All payments are processed by Razorpay, PayU.
Payment gateway charges (if any) are
non-refundable as they are charged by
the payment processor, not by us.
