This Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on dineshmali.in,
operated by Dinesh Mali.
DIGITAL PRODUCT ORDERS
All products sold on dineshmali.in are digital products that are delivered
instantly upon payment confirmation. Due to the instant delivery nature of
digital downloads, cancellation of an order after payment is generally not
possible once the download link has been generated and sent.
CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED
If you wish to cancel your order before completing payment:
– Simply close the checkout page or do not complete the payment process.
– No charge will be applied.
– No action is required from our end.
CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT IS PROCESSED
Duration: Cancellation requests after payment must be made within 24 hours
of purchase, provided the download link has NOT been accessed yet.
How to Request Cancellation:
1. Email mrmalidinesh@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase
2. Use subject line: “Cancellation Request — [Order Number]”
3. Provide your order number and registered email address
4. We will review and respond within 1 business day
If your cancellation request is approved:
– A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
– Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via PayU, Razorpay
If the download link has already been accessed, the purchase cannot be
cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further assistance.
ACCIDENTAL OR DUPLICATE PURCHASES
If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, please contact us immediately
at mrmalidinesh@gmail.com. Duplicate charges will be refunded in full within
5-7 business days upon verification.
